Join a Mindful Yoga Class

Based on Hatha techniques, I aim to deliver approachable yoga classes with a light sense of humour. Focussing on breath control and correct alignment, you can build a deeper awareness of your wellbeing and improve your health and fitness. 

Whether you are a brand new beginner or an experienced yogi, after a purely physical workout or in need of the tools to release stress and improve your mindset, I will aid you to achieve your goal and guide you through the postures, offering alternatives and props to suit your ability.

Classes

Tuesdays from 7pm at Plymstock Parish Hall, Church Road, PL9 9BD

Thursdays from 7pm at Torpoint Council Chambers, Buller Road, PL11 2LD

£10 per session Pay As You Go

It's Your Body, Your Style of Yoga

We are all different in so many ways and in my mindful yoga sessions, we fully appreciate and accept you for who you are and what you can do. You do not need to aim for some "perfect" posture seen on an advert, you are not in competition with anyone else, there are no tests to pass. You are welcome to give as little or as much effort as you need, and to explore the postures to find what suits you best.

I offer mats, blocks and straps to use during the session, which can be used to unlock and enhance your practice.

Corporate, Education and Events

I can deliver engaging and enjoyable sessions for businesses, schools and events, tailored to your request. It could be an introduction to yoga, a relaxing session for stressed pupils and employees, a fun session to celebrate an event or anything in between!

Sessions are £50 for 60 minutes for a group of up to 12 people.
